  • We have 4 uniquely designed rooms, each with its own character. You can book individual rooms or rent the entire house for your group.

  • Absolutely. Hey House is ideal for group bookings—you'll have exclusive access to all four rooms plus the shared living, dining, and kitchen spaces.

  • All guests have access to our shared living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Each room is thoughtfully designed with vintage character and modern comfort. We have Public Goods body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in each shower. Our mattresses, mattress toppers, sheets and towels are all low toxin 100% cotton. Each room has a hairdryer, and dedicated makeup cloth. In the kitchen you will find a steamer, iron and ironing board, and a pack-n-play for young children. In the living room you can find games and a TV with wifi access. Outside on in our courtyard, there is ample seating at a dining table or lounge seating.

    For laundry, we do offer next day services-please reach out for this additional option and cost.

  • Yes, we have parking available for guests.

  • We're just one block from historic downtown Buena Vista (Main Street) and less than a mile from the Arkansas River and South Main. You're steps away from the best dining and shopping in town.

  • In short: NO, we do not allow pets.

    While we love pets, our property isn’t well suited for animals. Between the white bedding, vintage rugs, delicate lime wash walls to being conscientious of other guests, at this time we have decided we are a pet free facility. Thank you for understanding.

 
 

  • Yes, we do welcome children. However, there are a few things to note and consider when booking. Each of our rooms allow two guests. We do have a pack-n-play accessible to all guests that want to accommodate a child of that age and size. But, in the end, if you have multiple kids, it is best to book two or more rooms to accommodate them in a bed. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or special needs regarding this, we don’t wish to make things more difficult when needing to book with children.

  • You're in the heart of Colorado adventure country—hiking, river activities, mountain trails. But you're also steps from downtown Buena Vista's dining and shopping. We're happy to share our favourite local spots when you arrive.

  • At this time we have a minimum of one night stay.

  • For our website: If cancellation is made 48 hours ahead of the reservation, you will receive a full refund. If cancellation is made less than 48 hours until the reservation, you will be refunded 50% of the reservation total.

    For bookings made on other websites like VRBO, Airbnb, booking.com or Expedia, you will need to follow the guidelines listed there.

  • Yes! We have one room-Room 1-King bed-that has an ADA accessible bathroom.

  • Yes! Our fully equipped kitchen is available for all guests to use. You can make your own meals from start to finish OR there are two places in town that offer take and bake items. Sorelle Delicatessen (open year round until 4 PM) located next door or Spark Provisions (only open Memorial Day weekend through October-ish) located on Main Street.
